Introducing the Mountain Modern Series

PrecisionCraft’s in-house firm M.T.N Design is excited to introduce four new floor plan concepts.  These designs mix modern architecture with M.T.N’s signature style of combining wood, stone, glass and metal to create a mountain home reflective of today’s contemporary aesthetic. The Brighton is the first new design to be added to the Mountain Modern series.

The Brighton

The two-level, L-shaped home was designed to take advantage of sloped lots. This 3,516 square foot plan includes spacious open living areas, 3 bedrooms, and a master suite with deck access.
